We respect your autonomy by allowing you to guide conversations — especially about your experiences in service — at your own pace, acknowledging that building trust may take time.
We are committed to continually improving our veteran care program. We feel it is essential to advocate for you if your needs are not being met, and we have access to programs that can enhance your quality of life.
If you choose to go with our services, we will create a comprehensive care plan tailored to your needs. This plan may include grocery shopping, meal preparation, and home exercise programs in addition to Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Due to our commitment to veteran care, we guarantee a price match for any additional private care hours at the VA’s reimbursement rate, ensuring the cost remains manageable for you.
