Many of the veterans we support are from significant historical conflicts like World War II, the Vietnam War, Operation Enduring Freedom (OIF), and we recognize the vital role they have played in securing our freedoms.
Their care often includes addressing unique challenges such as unrecognized trauma or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which may go undiagnosed. We respect their autonomy by allowing them to guide conversations especially about their experiences in service at their own pace, acknowledging that building trust may take time.
We are committed to continually improving our veteran care program to show our veterans how much they matter. It is essential to advocate for them if their needs are not being met, as we have access to programs that can enhance their quality of life.
We will create a comprehensive care plan tailored to your needs. This plan may include grocery shopping, meal preparation, and home exercise programs in addition to Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Due to our commitment to veteran care, we guarantee a price match for any additional private care hours at the VA’s reimbursement rate, ensuring the cost remains manageable for you. In addition to home caregiving, we also offer skilled home nursing services.
Please note that RN delegation is currently reimbursed through the VA only for their bowel and bladder program. If RN delegation is required, it will be considered an additional service.
